Cafe Culture looks at everyday people relaxing in cafes, or 'people watching';  candid shots using natural light.  I'm fascinated with the coffee shop obsession.  Some people use them to relax in with a good book, others sit at their laptop frantically working during their 'breaks' from the office.  They are on every high street, we all have our favourite order and most of us prefer one chain over another.  Some people claim that they can't function without their morning coffee.  I'm enjoying observing all of these people and creating a record of this period of our culture.
